COT: 30 DAY CHALLENGE

This three and a half minute talk on TED come from Matt Cutts, who felt he was getting stuck.

So, he decided to set himself a 30 day challenge every month. To step out of his comfort zone, to try something he always meant to do, wanted to do, but just did!

Matt simply suggests: “Try it for 30 days”.
